At Sartorialista, we strive for sartorial perfection, but if your selection isn't quite right, we offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Sartorialista account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items securely in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided in your digital confirmation.
Affix the Label
Attach the pre-paid DHL or FedEx shipping label provided in your account portal to the outside of the package, ensuring previous labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to an authorized courier drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
